Responsibilities:
– Source and negotiate with suppliers to meet the company’s cost, quality, and delivery targets.
– Develop, implement, and manage a forecast system to ensure the timely delivery of products to our customers.
– Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to effectively manage inventory and prevent stock-outs or overstocks.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to gather input and ensure company priorities are supported.
– Maintain accurate and timely reports on purchasing activities, inventory levels and supplier performance.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 years experience in purchasing,
– Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
